  • Customized or made-to-order wooden products.
  • Items without original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or damaged product.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
